My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-driven. I focus on a more holistic and integrative orientation to therapy in order to enhance psychosocial wellbeing, and create effective, positive, and transformative changes.
Part of my therapeutic approach incorporates elements of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
